In memory of our esteemed colleague and friend, Susan Labas, CPSM—whose decades of leadership, generosity, and mentorship shaped the AEC industry—we are proud to launch the Susan Labas Future Leaders Mentoring Program. This initiative reflects Susan’s lifelong commitment to guiding the next generation, with a special focus on advancing women in the construction industry through meaningful, empowering mentorship.

PROGRAM GOALS
The program is designed for undergraduate sophomores and juniors enrolled in accredited Construction Management programs, with priority given to women preparing for leadership roles in the AEC field.

Provide one-on-one mentorship from accomplished female industry leaders.

Create a supportive network of women mentoring women to foster confidence, leadership skills, and career readiness.

Strengthen the connection between academia and industry through active engagement with Industry Advisory Boards (IAB).

Carry forward Susan’s passion for building the profession from within and ensuring women’s voices are represented at every level.
